The internet in the year 2020

Today:

I get more than 20,000,000 search results if I search for Plumbing London on Google.

Future:

I expect a special search engine functionality (or directory) that lists only the number of real plumbing services in London.

Today:

If I want to open the website of a company, I can open it without knowing the website; because certainly I can find it under company.com.
But if I want to call a company I have to search for a phone number first. This requires several steps:
1.) Google search
2.) Identifying the correct website
3.) Search on the website
4.) IF I’m lucky the company has published the phone number easy to find

Future:

I expect to insert the company name (in letters) into my phone for dialing the company in the same way as its website address.

Today:

The only self-updating phone book today with all my connected friends is Facebook.
This has several disadvantages:
1.) Commercial platform with the target to use my data for several purposes (advertisement)
2.) Security issues, e. g. all data are transmitted to the NSA
3.) Facebook is a playground and a time killer

Future:

I expect to have the ownership about my own data (including data protection).

Do you agree .TEL is the solution for this scenario?
